Zodiak Advertising becomes Oz Digital
Zodiak Advertising, after its coming out from the De Agostini Group, joins the Next14 Group becoming OZ Digital. The management leading the company remains at the core of the project “Oz Digital”. The technological leadership get stronger both in Italy and Spain.
Development of the Meta SSP project

Platform functionality development
Editors' needs could not be met with only one SSP, so in 2015 the Meta SSP was devised. This expanded its presence on the European market, in particular in German-speaking countries thanks to a technology supply agreement with Orbyd. Focus on Premium editors. Primedia coalition launched in Spain.

Sees the creation of Tech HUB
Due to the creation of the Technological HUB in Genoa, in 2013 the development of a platform for data reporting was initiated. The first exploratory steps were taken on the Spanish market.

Zodiak Advertising was created in 2012 as a dedicated online advertising division of Zodiak Active. It began collaborating with Appnexus for the first time in Italy with the objective of supplying know how in the world of programmatic thanks to Marco and Ellis' intuition. The project was focused on services for the editorial world, where Zodiak styled itself as a Publisher Trading Desk.
